Our Spring continues to show us magnificent wildflowers throughout the Napa Valley, especially in areas that are protected such as our very own Wantrup Preserve in Pope Valley. Unlike the guided Land Trust’s hikes that allow our members and visitors to get up close and personal, albeit carefully, to see the spectacular display of wildflowers in our special designated preserves, this video truly captures the magnitude of protected land and why we champion for land conservation and stewardship. We welcome you to take a look at this incredible drone footage, done for monitoring data collection of Sky lupine – Lupinus nanus among blue oak (Quercus douglasii) woodland on the 730 acres of Wantrup Preserve in the Pope Valley.
