Hike through the historic and beautiful Mead Ranch in the hills northeast of Napa to see a rare treat: its vernal pools and wildflowers. With the addition of rain, the pools will come to life with the ephemeral wildflowers unique to vernal pools.

All Field trip registrations close three (3) days prior to the event date. An adult must accompany all minors under 18 and complete a minor waiver in person.
Note that we require all attendees to sign a participation waiver in person at the start of the event. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete this step.
