the hike
Spend your morning in the beautiful surroundings of the Mead Ranch Preserve as we work to remove invasive yellow starthistle and other invasive plant species near the scenic and unique vernal pools on the property. Be prepared to work off-trail and hike to the project site.
Tools, gloves, and instructions will be provided.

Registration
All Field trip registrations close three (3) days prior to the event date. An adult must accompany all minors under 18 and complete a minor waiver in person.
Note that we require all attendees to sign a participation waiver in person at the start of the event. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete this step.
