Join Somatic Movement Therapist Dr. Rhea Komarek, DC, RSME/T for an Eco-Somatic expressive arts workshop at Mead Ranch. Through guided movement, drawing, and writing prompts—perfect for both beginners and those with experience—you’ll explore your unique, reciprocal relationship with nature while being prompted to explore the opening of your physical and metaphorical vision. This creative process invites both personal insight and a sense of shared connection, culminating in imagery and poetry that celebrate our common humanity and deep bond with the Earth.

Registration
All Field trip registrations close three (3) days prior to the event date. An adult must accompany all minors under 18 and complete a minor waiver in person.
Note that we require all attendees to sign a participation waiver in person at the start of the event. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete this step.
