The Land Trust of Napa County is pleased to announce that Suzanne Chambers has joined its Board of Trustees, bringing decades of leadership, a deep commitment to land stewardship, and a longstanding dedication to the Napa community.
“I’m so pleased to have Suzanne coming onboard given her long commitment to the Land Trust,” said Melanie Parker, CEO.

Suzanne Chambers is President of Chambers & Chambers Wine Merchants, a fine wine importer and distributor serving California and Hawaii since 1973. She co- founded the company in San Francisco with her father, Jack Chambers, building the business through a hands-on commitment to thoughtful, long-term representation of exceptional wine estates.
Under her leadership since the early 1990s, Chambers & Chambers has grown from a small, Burgundy-focused importer into a broad portfolio representing many of the world’s most respected producers, along with fine spirits and sake. The company now includes more than 100 team members across California and Hawaii. Throughout its growth, Suzanne has emphasized stewardship, enduring partnerships, and a strong company culture grounded in trust. Her work has long been grounded in a deep respect for the agricultural landscapes and relationships that define Napa Valley.
Chambers & Chambers is now in its third generation of family leadership. Suzanne continues to serve as President, and her daughter, Savannah Chambers Turley, serves as Chief Executive Officer.
Suzanne works with the Napa Valley Community Foundation, has been an active supporter of the Napa Land Trust, and sits on the Advisory Board of the UC Davis Department of Viticulture & Enology. Her philanthropic interests include land preservation, food security, equity, and education.
“I’ve spent my life working in an industry that is entirely rooted in the land, its health, its history, and the relationships it sustains,” said Chambers. “Protecting Napa’s land and natural resources is essential not only to our environment, but to our sense of place and community. I’m honored to join the Land Trust and support work that ensures these lands are cared for thoughtfully and preserved for generations to come.”
She lives in Saint Helena, California, with her husband, Larry Turley, her dog, Beau, and two cats, Frankie and Jasper.
