Our Missimer Preserve in Snell Valley is known for the diversity and display of wildflowers that occur in its rare serpentine meadow habitat each spring. Bay Area botanists have long recognized this meadow as a gem of the regional flora of the North Coast Ranges. Highlight species include Delphiniums, cream sacs, and Ithuriel’s spear.

Field Trip registration closes three (3) days prior to the event date.

Please note that minors will need to be accompanied by an adult, and will need to provide a signed minor waiver to participate.
