August 12: Art Stroll

Rating: Easy, < 1 mile, < 1k ft elevation gain

Spend the morning in the inspiring redwood forest of the Archer Taylor Preserve (ATP) with your preferred art supplies: camera, sketchpad, journal, paints, etc. The focus will be on creative observation. We’ll take our time to enjoy the redwood grove and creek as we stroll and stop along the way to observe and enjoy. Bring: lunch if you’d like to stay to picnic in the redwood grove.

Field Trip registration closes three (3) days prior to the event date.

Please note that minors will need to be accompanied by an adult, and will need to provide a signed minor waiver to participate.
