the hike
Join us for a winter excursion on the Mead Ranch Preserve. Our route will meander through chaparral habitat as we climb uphill to the ridge, which offers expansive views of Napa Valley and the SF Bay. While this property has been protected in a conservation easement since 1989, it recently became a permanently protected LTNC preserve in 2024.
Required: Sturdy trail shoes.

Registration
All Field trip registrations close three (3) days prior to the event date. An adult must accompany all minors under 18 and complete a minor waiver in person. Please note that all additional attendees/guests must also complete a waiver in person before the event.
A completed waiver is required before registering for a hike.
