Linda Cantey Rejoins Land Trust of Napa County Board

The Land Trust is pleased to announce that Linda Cantey has rejoined its Board of Trustees, bringing with her deep institutional knowledge, proven leadership, and a longstanding commitment to land conservation and community stewardship in Napa County.

Linda Cantey, PMP has lived in Napa since 2009 and brings a deep history of leadership and service to the Land Trust. She previously served on the Board of Trustees from 2015 to 2022, including roles as Treasurer (2018–2019), Vice Chair (2019–2020), and Chair (2020–2022). During her tenure, she was also an active member of the Legacy and Cornerstone Societies.

Linda works in private industry and has over 35 years of experience in aerospace engineering and program management. In 1999, she founded Clarus Consulting Group, a management consulting firm specializing in program management and process re-engineering for technology-driven industries and government agencies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado.

In addition to her work with the Land Trust, Linda has served on the boards of the Napa Communities Firewise Foundation, If Given a Chance, and NapaLearns, and is actively involved in her local Fire Safe Council. In 2023, she was named Woman of the Year for California’s 3rd Senate District by Senator Bill Dodd.

“I’m excited to rejoin the Board of Trustees,” said Linda. “The Land Trust plays a vital role in protecting and caring for the lands that make Napa County so special, and I’m honored to contribute my experience as the organization enters its next chapter, building on a strong foundation to expand its impact and long-term vision.”
