April 27: John Woodbury Preserve

Rating: Strenuous, 5 miles, < 1k ft elevation gain

Join a springtime exploration of this large Napa County Regional Park and Open Space District-owned property spanning 1,868 acres. We will mostly walk on ranch roads and observe the vegetation recovery from the 2020 wildfires. An old cattle pond attracts numerous birds. Scenic views abound.

Field Trip registration closes three (3) days prior to the event date.

Please note that minors will need to be accompanied by an adult, and will need to provide a signed minor waiver to participate.
