May 27: Ten Terrible Weeds at Archer Taylor Preserve

Stroll through the wonderful redwoods of the Archer Taylor Preserve while learning to identify the top ten invasive plant species that have assailed this ecosystem. Ann Taylor Schwing has led the charge in managing these plant populations to enhance the preserve’s native plant communities throughout her lifetime on this property. Many stories will be shared along the way! Be prepared to pull a few plants out of the ground as you go. Provided: tools, instruction.

Field Trip registration closes three (3) days prior to the event date.

Please note that minors will need to be accompanied by an adult, and will need to provide a signed minor waiver to participate.
