Dec 10: Birding the East Side of Berryessa

Rating: Moderate, 3-4 miles, < 1k ft elevation gain

This is your chance to be on the cutting edge of bird watching on the Land Trust of Napa County’s easements on the east side of Lake Berryessa. These conservation projects, completed in stages between 2015 and 2019, span more than 13,000 acres. Bring: binoculars, lunch or snacks, water, talkabouts (walkie talkies), sturdy shoes and layered clothing.

NOTE: we will focus on bird watching, rather than a faster paced hike.

Please note that minors will need to be accompanied by an adult, and will need to provide a signed minor waiver to participate.
