Archer Taylor Preserve

Located on the west side of Napa Valley, the Archer Taylor Preserve consists of 380 acres including a century-old redwood forest in the Redwood Creek.

Wantrup Wildlife Sanctuary

This Preserve has 730 acres of oak savannah, oak woodlands and migratory bird habitat located in Pope Valley. The property was conveyed to the Land Trust by Professor Siegfried von Ciriacy-Wantrup in 1982 and has the best example of oak savannah habitat in the Land Trust’s permanently held lands. In areas where cattle were removed, valley and blue oaks are interspersed with native grasses, wildflowers and shrubs.

273 acres of this Snell Valley Preserve protects some of the most outstanding and rarest native wildflowers in Napa County.

ALICE JANE KUBLER, Secretary

Alice is Assistant Dean for Budget and Operations, Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley since 2005. Prior to joining the UC in 1990, Alice worked for Sierra Capital Companies as the Treasury Operations Manager, and at Bechtel Corporation in various roles. She grew up adjacent to the Archer Taylor Preserve, lived with Hasseltine and Archer Taylor during her freshman year at Cal, and has served on the ATP Committee since 1995. She holds a BA in Environmental Design from UC Berkeley and is an avid photographer. Alice is also a member of the National Land Trust Alliance. Trustees at Large
