Schedule a Hike
The Archer Taylor Preserve is open to the public by permission. First-time visitors are asked to come to one of the Preserve’s workdays, held on the second Saturday of each month, or to come with one of The Land Trust’s group-led hikes to be oriented
to the Preserve and trails. A list of Land Trust hikes is available here. To sign up for a Second Saturday workday, please send an
e-mail to Ann Schwing at least 24 hours in advance.
Visitors who would like to arrange a visit to the Preserve should contact the caretaker at least 24 hours in advance at 707-254-0996 or by e-mailing him here.
Visitors are asked to leave their dogs at home and to “leave no trace.” There is no smoking and restricted use of fire on the Preserve.
